The article (more) page is now working.  The needed plug-ins have been loaded to support all pages.

Next comes the contributors, categories, archives and member pages.

The above are loosely based on the “article” template and so are not extremely difficult to build.

We will borrow various hacks already used in CHCH2 to make the process efficient.
