Pardon Our Dust - update

The site upgrade is coming along nicely, and is nearly completed. About the only thing remaining is to finish the CHCH Living section, which we hope to have live by this weekend. Beyond that, there are only some minor tweaks to complete. We hope you like the new look, and of course we would love to hear any feedback or suggestions.
